The Summit had leading luminaries speaking on the theme "<em><u><span style="color:#000099;">EMERGING CHALLENGES in HRM- TALENT ACQUISITION and EMPLOYEE RETENTION"</span></u></em>. The event was organized in collaboration with the Business Line (The Hindu Group). Mr. Vinay Rai, who is a well known philanthropist, philosopher, thinker, author and a renowned industrialist expressed his intense pride in holding this summit as a part of the annual curriculum of the college. Keynote address was given by guest of honour, Mr. A.T. Raman, who is the Sr. business journalist in Business India and also a member on the board of NHRDN (National Human Resource Development Network). Mr. Raman laid emphasis on experiential knowledge and research in the field of management.
